Opportunities to get involved

As an AC member, you can have a crucial role to play in helping us build our profile and so become an even greater force in the coaching industry.

And, with the AC now well established as a leading international organisation in our sector, if you want to become more involved in your industry there’s never been a better time.

Due to growth, demand and ambitious plans over the next three years the AC in Ireland is seeking additional volunteers to join its dynamic, friendly and fun team.  If you can make a good contribution of time, energy, expertise and great humour then we would love to hear from you. Accreditation Lead

We are seeking an Accreditation Lead to support our work on excellence and with three new schemes rolling out it’s a very exciting time to join.  The Accreditation Lead will promote accreditation and support the roll out of the new ACI Coach & Executive Coach Accreditation scheme and lead and support the Ireland assessors.  Reporting to Head of Professional Standards and Excellence Team – Orla Graham.

Strategic Partnership Leads

We are seeking two new roles to support the work of this new team in managing social media and seeking, designing and managing strategic partnerships that bring added value to ACI.  The 
Strategic Partnership Leads will support the developing new partnerships and relationships that will add value and additional revenue for ACI.  Reporting to Head of Professional Standards in Coach Training Accreditation - Niamh Shiells.

We also have a growing membership in the 'Organisational' category – these organisations are the providers of coaching and coaching services.  To date we have not provided a specific offering to this membership group.  We would now like to explore whether bespoke offerings or support is needed.  Reporting to Head of Membership – Johanna Fullerton.

Enterprise Lead

We are seeking one new role to work with the Chair to implement initiatives that will support individual coaches to develop and build their own coaching businesses.   Reporting to Chairs – Stephanie Conway and Claire Bain.
