ASSOCIATION FOR COACHING IN IRELAND

“EXCELLENCE IN COACHING AWARD 2017”

IN ASSOCIATION WITH

The Association for Coaching is delighted to continue our collaborative work with the Irish Institute of Training and Development to bring you the AC Excellence in Coaching Award 2017. This National Award aims to recognise and promote true innovation, best practice and excellence in coaching.

It is aimed at those organisations that have successfully implemented a sustainable coaching climate via coach training, coach provision or evaluation. It can involve the use of external coaches but should be owned by the applying organisation. This award is looking for an initiative that has made a substantial contribution to employee development and organisational success. This year we are encouraging all applicants to focus their submissions round four main themes:

  • The Problem
  • The Solution
  • The Results
  • The Sustainability

For further details, application form and guidelines on making your submission for the AC Excellence in Coaching Award 2017, please see here.

The closing date for submissions is Wednesday, January 11th 2017.

All shortlisted applicants will be invited to deliver a presentation to the Judging Panel on Wednesday, February 1st 2017.

The winner will be announced and awards presented at a Gala Dinner in Killashee House, Naas, on Friday, 3rd March 2017.

If you have any further queries, please contact Maria mariafd@associationforcoaching.com. As always, we look forward to considering a rich and diverse range of submissions.
